Install should have options for 'Install for all users' and 'add icon to desktop'

I use an administrative user to install stuff and a non-admin user to run it. I did this with this program and the program wasn't in the non-admin user's menu and when I was finally able to run it I had to register it again. An option to 'install for all users' (like most programs have) would avoid this problem.

I had to manually add the icon to the desktop. The setup program should provaide this option.
